Decided to choose Lu Gang Xiao Zhen over Watami for dinner the other day although the thought of Sukiyaki beef was soooo tempting... Lucky thing we were early so there wasnt a queue & we got seats right away. Service was very good & prompt. The food? It's superb I would say!

The herbal roasted duck was tender with a slight hint of herbal taste. it's nice but i prefer the one at Dian Xiao Er though.

The must try dishes - Stir fried Four Seasons Beans with Salted Egg Yolk & the pork belly! Super duper nice!

A meal like this for $40+ is reasonable & definitely worth the price as compared to the one we had at TCC.

Went to the Bedok tailor with BB the other day & he was saying there’s this stall selling nice mee sua at the hawker centre nearby. To my pleasant surprise, it’s Seng Kee! – the one near Kembangan MRT which I used to go with Keong. I heart their kidney mee sua!!! Fabulous!
